Most cat furniture is designed as if the cat lives alone. Carpeted towers, printed paw prints, beige everything. Paws & Panes starts from the opposite premise: the piece has to earn its place in the room, and the cat has to genuinely want to use it.
How we design
We keep the shop small on purpose. A piece has to earn its place in the room, be genuinely comfortable for a cat, and come with the measurements you need before you buy — the details listed on each product page come straight from the maker, not from marketing copy.
What we won't do
We don't invent reviews, and we don't imply a piece will hold more than it does. If your window isn't suitable for a mounted condo, we'll say so and point you at a freestanding option.
The name
Paws for the cat, panes for the window they spend all day watching. It's the simplest description of what we care about: height, sun and a view, in homes that don't have floor space to spare.
